Can someone explain this to me?

there is this song with the lyrics... " let's dance the night away like we are gonna die young". I was having this conversation with somebody and I told him that I don't believe in the song because I will not die young, that I don't want to die without living out my life purpose. He went ahead to say that if one dies young they have a beautiful corpse and I was utterly shocked because I was wondering why would you want that. I do not think the grave appreciates your beauty. Live out your life such that when you die, you did all that you were meant to do and that no treasure is buried. If you are to make a difference, why not do it when you are alive??????

LIFE

I look back at the time we've had after leaving High School and I am amazed at the wonderful blessings around me. The people I met have all grown up, married and are now parents and I see a new phase in our lives coming soon. Well, the wheel of life continues to turn and it is not stopping, only new people come into our lives and the seasons keep changing. Before you adjust to one thing, a new one has come already and next thing you know, you ask yourself, "Where did the time go?"

friends

As we grow up, we realize it is less important to have lots of friends, and more important to have real ones.right guys.

What's the last thought you have before sleep

I have never been one to have trouble finding sleep, in fact my worst problem was i'd always fall asleep on the couch, book over my face only to be awaken by the midnight chill. That has however changedo over the past few days, and I constantly find myself having so many thoughts creeping in when all I want is to fall asleep. Most of this are fears. I fear I might not wake up if I sleep, I might die. whigh makes me call my mom most times to let her know that I really appreciate her.
On other days, I just worry about work, and school. And wonder if my life will turn out as I plan. I think about how fortunate and blessed I've been in my life so far and sometimes I cry happy tears. But I also worry that I might not be this happy forever. That some streak of bad luck might hit me and I might never recover. And that scares me.
But on most days, I think about all the places I will travel to. All the people I will meet. I imagine what sort of family I'd make and what sort of partner I'd have. This thoughts excite me and make me look forward to another day in life.
Eventually, I fall asleep. But this thoughts help me put everything in my life into perspective.
So what thoughts do you have before you sleep?
Numbness.
This is a state in which I never seem to agree with any of my thoughts, it is a state where I think that I actually stop processing any information and all I want to do is either what something that can stimulate my brain to think or to sleep. A state of numbness is a very safe and quiet time during which I can actually feel my breathing, but for the love of thought addiction I resent and fight the state of numbness. This is a confession of a thought addict.

Everyday I wake up, I wanna go out there and build people. I wanna tell everyone in the world that it's gonna be alright. I hate it when people tarnish and destroy others. I hate it when people demean others. Your words can build or destroy. So why destroy?
Your true worth is truly seen in how you treat people you perceive to be subordinate or subservient to you.

Treat people right.

Understanding your potential
People generally fall into one of three groups: the few who make things happen, the many who watch things happen, and the overwhelming majority who have no notion of what happens. Every person is either a creator of fact or a creature of circumstance. He either puts color into his environment, or, like a chameleon, takes color from his environment. Everyone has inside of him/her a piece of good news. The good news is that you don't know how great you can be! What you can accomplish! And what your potential is! It’s never too late for a person to recognize that they have potential in themselves. With realization of one's own potential and self-confidence in one's ability, one can build a better world.

RARITY

There are people you'll meet in life and instantly know that they are going to be there for sometime. They are in their own level of "keepers", they may just be classmates, or someone you meet in church, in the salon, for yoga, a work out etc, They know not so much about you but they always seems to bring the best out of you and make the moment worth while.
I think God purposely places them there just to ease a raging war in our lives. That moment when you want to take a break, to seek for solitude, to transit into the unknown.
I know someone that we only meet at a coffee shop, it took me a month to know her name, I can frankly say that I know nothing about her, despite the fact that she takes coffee and I dont think I'd want to know so much of her. Where she is in my life is just enough, we talk about current issues, politics, good food, recipes, working out, shopping, we laugh, we motivate one another etc the moment we are done with the drinks, its bye bye..we meet again when we meet again. life goes on. no attachment, but the one we have, is just enough.
These are the kind of people am talking about, they are very rare and especially in the current world of not wanting to trust anyone or make "unnecessary" attachments but i think they have quite an importance. The only word to describe them is "rarity" that is who they are.

CAMPUS STUDENTS BEHAVIOURS DURING EXAM PERIOD

Being a student at campus is an amazing thing with a lot of fun, diverse people from different societies who bring in with other behaviors and habits.
At campus events for fun take up students to the extent of them forgetting that the library exists but during exam period students wake up and overloaded to study for exams which cause human jam in the library__this ends up causing cramming pass exams and then forget. At the end of the course a student has no enough concept about the course, which is something that we should avoid because courses interconnect to each other often times that could make life easy. Students need to research and study earlier to grow their mental intellectual abilities not working under pressure and panic for exams.

Time grow on placing time__ very important for any success in life!

THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF EMPLOYING YOUTH
The current business landscape is characterized by shorter product life cycles and rapid technological change; it requires businesses to constantly innovate in order to stay competitive. Companies report that youth employees bring new approaches to problem solving, which, in turn, leads to greater creativity and innovation. Having young adults in the company changes the company.

Companies report that young workers infuse their companies with energy, creativity, and fresh insights particularly around emerging customer segments. Young adult workers have grown up in a technology enabled environment and as a result, understand technology as they would a native language. Senior employees bring experience and strategic skills while youth bring tactical skills and technological tools that help companies keep its finger on the pulse of current trends and issues.

To reap the rewards of new ideas, a company needs to create a culture that listens to and compensates new approaches, which can be a challenge for firms that cling to the status quo. Yet, the urgency of such an approach is real. If the organization is not open to new ideas including the ideas of Millennials it will not be able to retain the talent and compete effectively in a global marketplace.
