What's the last thought you have before sleep

I have never been one to have trouble finding sleep, in fact my worst problem was i'd always fall asleep on the couch, book over my face only to be awaken by the midnight chill. That has however changedo over the past few days, and I constantly find myself having so many thoughts creeping in when all I want is to fall asleep. Most of this are fears. I fear I might not wake up if I sleep, I might die. whigh makes me call my mom most times to let her know that I really appreciate her.
On other days, I just worry about work, and school. And wonder if my life will turn out as I plan. I think about how fortunate and blessed I've been in my life so far and sometimes I cry happy tears. But I also worry that I might not be this happy forever. That some streak of bad luck might hit me and I might never recover. And that scares me.
But on most days, I think about all the places I will travel to. All the people I will meet. I imagine what sort of family I'd make and what sort of partner I'd have. This thoughts excite me and make me look forward to another day in life.
Eventually, I fall asleep. But this thoughts help me put everything in my life into perspective.
So what thoughts do you have before you sleep?

  2. With the hustle of our daily lives, we get stressed even when we do not think we are, the noise and the things we see stay in our minds and when you start to unwind, a lot of confusing thoughts can come through and bring a lot of fears and anxiety. Well, this is where I learnt the power of positive thinking. You focus on the things that you want to achieve and reject any negative thoughts that pop up. This does require training, which is deliberately telling yourself what to think. You can speak it out loud until it is written on your mind. Each time a discoursging thought comes up, don't dwell on it but rather say that which you want to be... FAITH, HOPE...... If you do not believe you'll make it, then there is no need to start...!!!!
