Healthy bodies

In our daily lives we meet people of different body sizes and shapes and everyone seems perfect in the bodies they are in. Is it society that then makes us discriminate against others who are not like us? Is there a perfect body size or weight as the BMI scale seems to imply?
Our bodies respond differently to the foods we take in and therefore no body has a right to insult another because they may be 'overweight' according to their standards. I believe it is all a matter of exposure, we all have misconceptions about some things until we come to know them better. What is great to me may disgust somebody else therefore we have to learn to embrace our differences.
At the end of the day being healthy is most important. If you are active and eat a balanced diet then you should be comfortable in your own skin.
What is your take on this?
Do you believe in a standard size?
What kinds of food are good or bad and why?
Please share your thoughts!

  1. According to me,it does not matter how big or small you are as long as you are happy and beautyful.
